extensive ground variety of item attentive service slow check-in dirty pool expensive drinks

the breakfast buffet was excellent, it had a wide variety of items. i found fresh juices and many types of bread. the service at the breakfast was very attentive. the grounds were extensive and well-kept. there were many different areas to explore and relax. the gardens were beautiful and provided a tranquil setting. the premium king room pool view was spacious and well-appointed, it offered a lovely view.

the check-in process was slow, i waited for over thirty minutes. there were not enough staff at the front desk.

i stayed in a classic king room. the room was clean (everything was super clean!). the resort is designed like a little village. there are many pools, some for families and some for adults only. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the gym has limited equipment.

fantastic escape at the dead sea!

lovely entertainment good choice

rowan at guest services made sure i had everything i needed, even checking in to see if i was happy with my room, it had a great view of the dead sea from the balcony! i wish i had more time to enjoy the amenities, i loved the entertainment at night. dinner and breakfast were a large buffet with very good choices!

i found sand on the seat cushions placed on the woven chairs near the table, it was clearly visible. there was also hair on the bathroom floor! the adults-only pool was surprisingly small and very shallow, it doesn't allow for a proper swim.

the hotel features several restaurants offering diverse cuisine options, i enjoyed dinner at the grill restaurant, their lebanese food was really good, i especially liked the attentive service. the splash bar provided a great casual vibe with cocktails, i had a special cocktail prepared by mahmoud kanaan it was superb.

the room was spacious and clean, i got a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, it was wonderful. my room had two beds, a balcony, and featured two separate sinks, i found the room very peaceful with a nice view. wael and hussein cleaned my room very well, they were very friendly!

this resort sits directly on the dead sea, it is magical! the location is great, the landscape is very beautiful and well-kept, i had a priceless sunset view. the resort is massive, it offers countless restaurants, shops and swimming pools.

The staff are friendly and helpful, dana- the guest relations staff is wonderful! i got an extended late check-out to accommodate my late travels to the airport. The hotel has transport via a golf buggy, very much appreciated. everyone was friendly and helpful, i want to thank rawan for her professionalism and hospitality!

tasty food polite team great hospitality

Luigi restaurant had tasty food and a very polite team. i tasted pizza and fresh fruit drinks. Seafood pasta was delicious. samman, salma, and fouad provided great hospitality. the staff from the reception desk were wonderful at their job.
